During his career, Mr. Knox has established strong relationships within the automotive and motorsports world, specifically in the vintage and classic car industry. His long-time passion is reflected by his previous work with eBay Motors where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of an eBay company that quickly evolved to become the world’s largest online automotive marketplace.  Mr. Knox was also charged with running a national series of vintage car auctions that formed the world’s largest vintage car auction company.

Mr. Knox has participated in a variety of rally and racing school events including:  The Bob Bondurant School of High Performance Driving, Skip Barber Racing School, Gumball 3000 Rally and the Pebble Beach Tour d’Elegance.  He is also a motorsports fan attending races around the world including Formula 1, MotoGP, the Indianapolis 500, NASCAR, Grand-Am, American Lemans, Monterey Historics and the Nurburgring Historic Grand Prix.

Mr. Knox serves as Vice Chairman of the Collectors Foundation, a not for profit organization that provides scholarship and educational opportunities for young people in the automotive industry.

About Michael Cannon

Michael Cannon is a professional civil engineer, married, and father of two.  He loves attending all kinds of motorsports events.  Most notably, He has been to the Indy 500 twice (1992 won by Al Unser, Jr. & 2003 won by Gil DeFerran), the Brickyard 400 (2003 won by Kevin Harvick) and the Daytona 500 (2009 won by Matt Kenseth).  Thanks primarily to SpeedTV coverage, he has been following Formula 1 racing very closely for years, but he has yet to see a F1 race in person.  He does dream of attending the Grand Prix of Monaco and the Belgian Grand Prix someday.  As a child, he remembers watching and admiring Alain Prost and the late Ayrton Senna when they were teammates at McLaren, and he has been watching F1 ever since.

About Luis Diaz

Luis Diaz is the 2009 American Le Mans Series LMP2 Champion.  Throughout his career he has established himself as one of the top sportscar drivers in North America.  He has also been named “Road Safety Ambassador” of Mexico and actively develops programs that teach and promote safe driving among teens.  In his off weekends he is a TV analysts for GP2 and GP3 races in Mexico. 

Luis Diaz is one of the Mexican drivers with the most experience in international motorsports.  He has competed succesfully with some of the top teams in open-wheel and sportscars racing. 

Luis Diaz competes with Level 5 Motorsports in the LMP2 category of the American Le Mans Series.  In 2011 he wont the 12 Hours of Sebring in his first ever race with the Level 5 squad.  In 2010 he scored 3 pole positions and four podiums in the LMPC category with PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports.  In 2009 he was the LMP2 champion with Fernandez Racing and teammate Adrian Fernandez with victories at Sebring, St. Petersburg, Long Beach, Miller, Mid-Ohio, Road America, Mosport and Laguna Seca IN 2008 he scored two podiums in the LMP2 category and finished 8th in points.  From 2005 to 2007 he competed with Chip Ganassi Racing with back to back runner-up championship finishes.  His previous experience includes multiple victories, pole positions and podiums in the Atlantic Championship, Indy Lights, Indy Lights Panamerican, Mexican F3, Formula Reynard, and Karting.

Didier Theys has the most professional victories of anyone in a Ferrari 333 SP with 10. He is a two-time overall winner of the 24 Hours of Daytona (1998 and 2002), a winner of the 12 Hours of Sebring (1998), the Sports Racing Prototype driver champion of the Grand-American Road Racing Association (2002).

Upon his retirement from driving professionally, Theys had finished on the podium 61 times in sports car races all over the world, with 18 victories, 22 second-place finishes and 21 third-place finishes through the end of the 2008 season. He has the most professional victories of anyone in a Ferrari 333 SP with 10.

Prior to his accomplishments in sports cars Theys was also successful in open-wheel racing, competing in the CART Championship Car Series from 1987 to 1993 with 47 career starts, [11] including the Indianapolis 500 three times (1989, 1990 and 1993). [12] He finished in the top ten 10 times in CART events, and his best career finish in that series was a third position in Miami in 1988.

He won the American Racing Series (now Indy Lights) championship in 1987; the U.S. Bosch Super Vee championship in 1986; several Formula Ford championships in the late seventies and early eighties, and the Belgium Karting championship in 1977. He was also successful in European Formula 3 and Formula 2 in the eighties. He finished third in the Monaco Formula 3 Grand Prix in 1985.

He received the prestigious Driver of the Year Award in his native Belgium in 2002. Didier resides in Scottsdale, Arizona. The town honored him with the key to the city in honor of his Grand-Am driver championship and second 24 Hours of Daytona victory.
